I don’t know why, but I love learning about just how automated we are. There’s something ridiculously surreal about it that adds a whole new dimension to how I see myself. In one way, it can be very disheartening but, in a much stronger way, very freeing and empowering. At least, that’s how it strikes me. But I’m told that makes me a bit of a weirdo.
